Nanotechnology expert Antonio Facchetti joins HKUST from Georgia Tech in the US
Facchetti, co-founder of a company that makes flexible transistors for displays, has joined the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
The nanotechnology professor is also the chief technology officer and co-founder of Flexterra Corporation, a company that produces flexible transistors, which can make e-Paper and OLED displays flexible.
His research also covers flexible and sustainable thin-film electronics, transparent electronics for see-through displays and polymers for energy storage.
